At APXHVK, we take pride in our high-quality, limited-edition apparel. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (including tags and packaging).
If you need a different size, we’ll happily exchange it (subject to stock availability).
2. Refunds
We only offer refunds for defective or damaged items.
If your item is faulty, contact us at admin@apexhavok.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace it or offer a refund.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Worn, washed, or damaged items due to misuse.
- Limited-edition & pre-order items (except for defects). But, you may get a refund for pre-orders any point before their manufacture process.
- Items returned without prior approval.
4. How to Start a Return
Email admin@apexhavok.com with your order number and reason for return. once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- It may take some time to process
- If it’s still missing, email us at admin@apexhavok.com.
